Checklist for Admission
- Application/ Admission form duly filled by student
- 2 self attested photocopies of Class X and Class XII marksheet
- 2 self attested photocopies of Class X and Class XII certificate of passing
- 2 self attested photocopies of certificate of age-proof
- Character certificate issued by the Principal/Headmaster of the last school attended
- 2 self attested photocopies of Govt. issued SC/ST/OBC certificate of the candidate (only for SC/ST/OBC candidates)
- Original and One self attested Class XII Migration/ Transfer Certificate
- 4 passport sized coloured photographs.
- An affidavit from court, if the candidate has gap in his/her academic career (a gap upto 3 years is allowed)
- Proof of address (photocopy of telephone bill/electric bill/any other document signed by parent) and identity proof of parents
- Anti-ragging affidavits (filled up by both candidate and parents)
- Declaration regarding attendance norms (signed by parent/guardian of the candidate)
- Aadhar Number of the Student
